Design does not work by consensus. Forget the board meetings. Scale down your design team to a select few. Pick people who are smart, have experience, and are confident with their work. Choosing the best design is an emotional yet calculated endeavor. Your designer should be someone you can trust. A major part of today’s market is timing. If you are unable to make fast decisions, then hire people who can make timely decisions for you and know how to test their results.
